Regional Sales Representative, Atlanta & Dallas Areas

The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for representing the company’s interests and driving sales. This includes achieving the sales and profitability plan. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate with customers and QSR franchisees. Monitoring and working to insure our customers’ satisfaction is also a primary function. Activities include initiating contact with prospects, presenting product features and benefits to prospects, managing relationships, creating monthly reports, sales forecasts, strategic sales plans, resource requirements, and attending sales meetings and trade shows. This is a home-based position based in the Metro Baltimore area.

• Achieve the annual revenue, margin, market share and volume plans for the assigned territory.
• Working with senior management to ensure the development and implementation of strategic customer business plans to deliver profitable sales growth.
Work with peers in other functional areas to achieve goals and ensure customer commitments are met or exceeded.
• 75-80% travel in continental US required.

• Preform demonstrations of Wentworth Technology product with prospective customers.
• Provide valid and accurate quotes to prospects and customers.
• Stay in contact with prospects and customers to close quotes and finalize orders.
• Cultivate relationships with potential accounts at the appropriate management levels, and with decision makers to propose and secure new sales growth. This position requires significant front-line sales efforts.
• With your inside sales partner, you both will be responsible for research, identification, qualification and contact (cold calling) of targeted account prospects in the assigned territory.
Develop, implement and track the account plan for each assigned accounts
o Manage customer relationships, including:
1. Initiating sales programs
2. Monitoring installation quality control
• Build relationships throughout all levels of the organization for customers.
• Conduct Product Knowledge sessions and selectively attend calls in field to ensure proper knowledge of Wentworth Technology products.
• Identify, report and develop new business opportunities
• Maintain internal data on customers through timely call-notes submission and related customer data tracking in company CRM program
• Execute Marketing plans developed in conjunction with the account plan to achieve goals
• Must be able to prepare and deliver sales presentations that address the prospective customer’s needs.
• Work closely with Business Development team and other departments to ensure clear communications company wide.

Education: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in business preferred.

Experience: Must have proven track record of sales success.


• Extensive experience selling to the QSR market with strong relationships with decision makers a plus but not required.
• Strong organization, communication, presentation, and time and account management skills
• Cold calling expertise/experience necessary.
• Critical thinking skills and problem solving and a bias for action
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Excellent sales, negotiation, relationship building and closing skills and techniques are required.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle and valid car insurance.

Business Development/Inside Sales Job Description/Appointment Setting: MAINE or REMOTE Location FT or PT

We are looking for a few "Pros" to join our inside sales group.  This team manages a territory with our outside sales reps. They actively solicit relationships and appointments over the telephone with relevant industry prospects. Eligible candidates must have relevant experience appointment setting or telesales. Must be a dynamic, energetic, passionate self-starter may work out of Saco, ME office or telecommute.  Experience with a Contact Management software program (ACT!, Goldmine, Salesforce, Zoho etc) a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. Education requirements: High school/G.E.D. Years of relevant experience 5+ preferred. Hours/Week: up to 40, can be flexible for the right candidates! Hours 8:30-5:00, Monday- Friday or 8:30-5:00 EST. Hourly wage plus monthly commissions!

Assembler/Solderer (FT or PT options)

We are in need of assemblers. You must have relevant experience with electromechanical assembly. Soldering experience with lead-free solder on small components preferred. Must be used to working with smaller components, have good hand dexterity. Looking for a good communicator who is self-motivated. Experience creating assembly instructions is a plus. Must be a team player.  Job Location: Saco, ME. Hours/week: 40. Hours 8:30-5:00 EST, Monday- Friday.
