Wentworth Technology is dedicated to providing unsurpassed service to each and every customer. As part of that, we are continuing to provide even more resources in our already qualified Installation team- ensuring our customers are proved the ultimate experience with SpeedThru drive-thru headsets and our company!
Robert Jarvis is our new Systems Consultant and Installer. Prior to joining Wentworth Technology, Robert worked for a Point of Sale solutions provider which provided him with relevant restaurant industry knowledge. Within this and his other previous positions, he has had responsibilities within the areas of installations and training. These skills are directly relevant to his position at Wentworth, making us certain that Robert will be an outstanding contributor to this installation team. Robert will be tasked with the training and maintenance of our installation standards of our approximately 160 field installation technicians across the country. We believe it is this combination of industry familiarity and customer centric expertise makes him a great person to both install our systems and to make sure that our other installers are 100% skilled in every nuance that could be involved in a SpeedThru system install.
Scott Metzger is our new Installation Services Coordinator. Scott joins us with over 30 years of professional construction and residential and commercial real estate experience. This background makes him uniquely experienced to ensure that each and every customer always receives the ultimate SpeedThru installation experience! He has a keen understanding of the requirements for system installs whether it is a new restaurant build or a retrofit into an existing location. His project management and communication skills have already been a tremendous asset to our organization!
